Complete UI Redesign & Much Greater Tracking Stability!

Redesigned the Timer, Log and Project screens and the app icon, added localization, improved time zone accuracy, and stabilized background behavior.

  Refreshed the Timer, Log and Project list screens with a floating tab bar and a period picker pinned to the bottom of the screen. Also introduced a new app icon.

  Time zone & date calculation fixes

  Fixed date shifts caused by the difference between UTC midnight and local midnight, and chart misalignment after changing the start of the day.

  Fixed the Pause button becoming unresponsive, misbehavior and display glitches at interval boundaries, issues when returning from the background, and problems triggered by notification actions.

Officially renamed the app from "UnitTimeLog" to "LogTimer". Introduced real-time tracking on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, along with enhanced state restoration and timezone independence.
